We are looking for passionate trainers and capacity building specialists to join our team and lead our innovative training programs.
Role and Responsabilités
- Design and develop training programs adapted to the needs of health professionals in Africa.
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops and seminars, in person or via digital platforms.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements.
- Work closely with local health departments and other partners to align training initiatives with national health policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Solid experience in teaching, interpersonal and communication skills, ability to motivate and teach.
- An advanced degree in education, public health, or a related field is required. Professional training certifications are strongly recommended.
- At least 5 years of experience in healthcare professional training or organizational development, with preference for those with experience in Africa.
Nice to have
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to teach and inspire.
- Proven skill in designing educational materials and managing online learning platforms.
- Strong ability to adapt to diverse cultural and professional environments.
- Proactivity, leadership and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
